Working Groups Ascola is currently considering establishing working groups on more specific issues of competition law and policies. In 2006 ASCOLA identified the following topics: - state aid; - public undertakings and public procurement; - regulated industries; - developing countries; and - competition and intellectual property rights. It will be discussed in Zurich how to proceed with the creation of such working groups. Further notice will be made available on this website as soon as possible.
